Whether inside or on the deck overlooking the lake, this newly renovated building provides our younger campers with the ideal place to gather in the day or evening for some special treats and to play traditional canteen games like ping pong, knock hockey/gocky and foosball. 

The Lake Canteen is also the home of IHC's incredibly popular cooking program. Working with our cooking specialist in a brand new, fully equipped, modern kitchen, campers learn to prepare tasty meals and delicious desserts.
