There is no better place to learn how to waterski than on Lenape Lake, Camp IHC's private, natural spring-fed lake. We have three Ski Nautique speed boats which are all equipped with a boom, the bar used to teach beginning skiers. Campers receive one-on-one instruction from one of our expert water ski instructors, to get them up riding safely and excitedly.
After our youngest campers experience success on the boom they then learn how to water ski using the ski rope.
Once campers have mastered the art of water skiing, they will also have the opportunity to try wake boarding, knee boarding, and the camp favorite—tubing!
Hill Campers and our oldest Lake Campers who are more advanced skiers get to experience the thrill of slalom skiing (skiing on one ski) on IHC's slalom course located on Duck Harbor, a magnificent lake which is five minutes from camp.
